Crescent City Vet's COVID-19 Update 4/6/2020

Dear CCV Friends,

We hope you are staying well!

Over the last couple of weeks we have been carefully evaluating our processes and making tweaks where we can. We feel good about our practices. We're pretty sure we have the cleanest railings and door handles around, thanks to our team's ceaseless sanitizing schedule.

We've been practicing social distancing and taking lots of precautions with in person interaction. But, as we do here, at Crescent City Vet, we've also been looking for areas where we can improve.

What we have been offering so far:

1. Phone consults and video calls
2. Drop off appointments
3. Curbside check in for daycare and boarding
4. Curbside pick up of medication and supplies
5. Medication delivery Uptown
6. Ordering and home delivery from our online store. Use the discount code STAYWELL for 10% off your order.
7. VitusVet App to access your records from anywhere
8. Regular hours of operations and full services with house calls being the only suspended service

As an added layer of protection for you as well as our team, this week we are implementing the following procedures:

1. As per the NOLA health department recommendation, our team is wearing masks and will wear gloves in certain situations
2. To minimize contact, we ask that you remove your pet from your vehicle when you arrive. This will keep us from touching your car, protecting us and then protecting you as will touch your car later.
Please have your dog leashed and your cat in a carrier. Our team will place a slip leash on your dog, step back, and ask you to remove your own leash. This will let us keep our distance for everyone's safety.

We will continue to do what we can to keep everyone safe while being here for you and your pets. We thank you for your cooperation and patience and for your continued support and patronage.

Take care, Your CCV team
