Dear Crescent City Vet Friends,
We hope that you, your family and your pets are safe and healthy during this somewhat surreal situation. Everyone is feeling the impact of COVID-19 and we at CCV remain committed to helping patients, clients and the community in any way we can. We have broadened our approach to offering services while doubling down on safety and operating procedures to minimize risk for you and for our staff.
Our hours of operation are the same as they usually are. We have closed our lobby for everyone’s safety. When you come in for your appointment, please call the front desk at 504-894-0752 and we will send a team member and your doctor out to your car to get your pet. The doctor will formulate a treatment plan with you in the parking lot and we will bring your pet inside for treatment. After we have finished, a technician will bring your pet back out to your car. We have multiple outdoor exam areas where the doctor can examine your pet with you. You are welcome to drop off or wait in the parking lot while we help your pet.
We also offer phone and FaceTime appointments for cases that can be handled in this manner. This is an excellent option for clients that want to remain at home.
We have always offered house calls but, for obvious reasons, are suspending them at this time.
We continue to provide our regular Boarding, Day Care and Bathing Services. To book an appointment call or email our Front Desk.
FOOD AND MEDICATIONS
Food and medications can be ordered over the phone and will be available for pick-up 24/7 in our After-Hours Pick Up Cabinet, or on the Pick-Up Shelf for larger items, located at the bottom of the stairs.
We are happy to offer $10 home delivery of any food or medication to any address reasonably close to CCV.
As always, most foods, medications, and other supplies are available on our online store. They will ship directly from our distributor to your home. We thank you for supporting this local small business.
