My job is to make sure that we foster an environment in which our team members can succeed and thrive.
That includes everything from administration of employee benefits to simply providing them with the physical tools and support they need to do their jobs well.
Everyone on our team has so much to offer and their talents and passions are diverse. We seek out people who are passionate about their work but also have interests outside of work and who value work/life balance as much as we do.
Recognizing and building on peoples’ strengths has been the key to building and retaining a strong team, which in turn shows in the quality of our work and the success of CCV as a whole.
